How it works

  1. You send the form

Tell us about the company, its shareholders and directors, and the services you need. No documents at this stage.

  2. We review it and reply

We read your answers and reply by email, or by phone or messenger if you chose that, with any questions we have.

  3. Documents and start

We send the document list for your company form and a secure upload link. For a notarial deed, the notary then checks your identity and runs Wwft due diligence.

Step 3 is where the notary's own checks begin: identity under art. 39 lid 1 WNA and client due diligence under the Wwft.

Your details and your company

Four short blocks. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Block A: Contact

We reply to this address.

Start with + and the country code.

How should we contact you?

Block B: The company

Buying an existing BV: we assist you, the buyer, with the notarial share transfer.

One per line. A BV name begins or ends with "B.V." (art. 2:177 lid 2 BW); an NV name with "N.V." (art. 2:66 lid 2 BW).

A few lines are enough.

For an NV the statutory minimum is EUR 45,000 (art. 2:67 BW).

Number of shareholders
Will a company be a shareholder?
Will a director live in the Netherlands?

Block C: Services you need

Tick all that apply. Tax advice, payroll or anything else: tell us in your message. Choosing our address switches off the other services: Dutch law (Wtt 2018) reserves an address plus legal help, tax returns, bookkeeping or accounts for one company to licensed trust offices.

A standalone service: not combined with the services below or with buying an existing BV.

Block D: Timing and context

When do you want to start?

The notary and any bank carry out client due diligence under the Wwft.

Tax advice, payroll, or a service not listed above. Up to 3,000 characters.

Privacy and security

The form is sent as an email to our own mailbox, info@company-registration-netherlands.com. With it we receive the context of your visit: IP address, city-level location, network, browser and language, referrer, the pages you viewed, visit number, time on page, device and viewport, cookie state and analytics ID.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form. This page takes no documents and no card details. We keep an enquiry while we need it to answer you, and longer only where the law requires; you can ask us to erase it. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I upload my passport or company documents here?

No. This form takes no files. After we reply, we send a secure link for the documents your company form needs. Where a notarial deed is involved, the notary establishes your identity from an identity document (art. 39 lid 1 WNA) and carries out client due diligence under the Wwft.

Can you give my company your address and also do its bookkeeping or tax returns?

No, not for the same company or its group. Under Wtt 2018, art. 1, an address plus legal help, tax returns, bookkeeping or annual accounts is a trust service that needs a DNB licence, and art. 3 prohibits providing it without one. You can take our address, or those services, but not both.

Can you act as director of my company or find me one?

No. Acting as director of a company for a client (Wtt 2018, art. 1, limb a) is a trust service reserved to DNB-licensed trust offices, and so is recruiting a director for a company that also takes our address (limb b). That is why the form offers no nominee option.

Do I have to come to the Netherlands?

Not always. A written power of attorney lets someone sign the deed of incorporation for you (art. 2:176 lid 1 BW). On the electronic route the power of attorney is granted in the notary's secure system (art. 53f WNA). The notary may still ask you to attend in person if fraud is suspected.

What if I am not sure which company form I need?

Choose "Not sure yet" in the Company form field and describe what the business will do, who will own it and where you live. We reply with the forms open to you and the conditions each one sets, and the choice stays yours.
