About DutchRegist
DutchRegist B.V. helps founders and companies abroad form and run a company in the Netherlands, from Amsterdam.
Who we are
DutchRegist B.V. is a private corporate-services firm in Amsterdam. We work in English for founders and companies abroad, in the EU and beyond, who set up, buy or run a Dutch company.
We are not the KVK, the Belastingdienst or any other government body, and we are not a notary. A Dutch notary executes the deed of incorporation; we prepare the file the notary works from and follow it through to the KVK registration.
What we do
Company formation and bank account
The notary's file and the KVK registration, then the business bank account as a step of its own.
Company forms
BV, NV, holding BV, stichting (foundation) and STAK, cooperative, branch and subsidiary, with the conditions of each.
Registered office (domicile only)
A Dutch business address with post reception, as a standalone service, never combined with bookkeeping, returns or legal work for the same company.
Corporate changes and liquidation
Resolutions and KVK forms for a new director, name, seat or articles, and the dissolution of a BV.
Licensing and trade marks
Application files for MiCA crypto-asset, payment, e-money and trust office licences, and Benelux and EU trade marks.
VAT, bookkeeping and payroll
VAT registration, bookkeeping, annual accounts and payroll for foreign-owned companies.
Tax advice and holding structures
Corporate income tax and VAT returns, tax advice, and the tax side of a holding structure.
Founder immigration
DAFT, start-up and self-employed permit files, and the sponsor paperwork for a company hiring a highly skilled migrant.
What we do not do
We do not act as a director for clients, sell or broker companies, or provide our address together with legal, tax or bookkeeping work for the same company, because in the Netherlands these are trust services that need a licence from De Nederlandsche Bank, which we do not hold (Wtt 2018, art. 1 and 3). Licensed trust offices are listed in DNB's public register of trust offices.
Our people are not advocaten (lawyers), notaries or registered accountants, and we never use those titles.
